At Roldeurshop.nl we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return or exchange a product. This Returns Policy explains our guidelines and procedures regarding returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return conditions
- You have the right to submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The product must be complete, including all accessories, manuals and any free gifts or samples included with the order.
- Products that have been custom made or modified to your specifications cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects.
- Electrical and electronic components that have been installed can only be returned if they are defective.
2. Return process
To submit a return request, follow these steps:
a. Please contact us using our contact details to register your return. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return.
b. After approval of your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
c. Carefully pack the product in the original packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
d. Send the product to the specified return address, including a copy of the return request.
3. Refund or exchange
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether it meets the return conditions.
- If the product is in good condition and meets our return policy, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us to check the availability of the product you want.
4. Shipping costs
- The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is defective or due to an error by Roldeurshop.nl.
- Any shipping charges charged on the original order will not be refunded.
5. Customer service
Our customer service team is here to assist you with any questions regarding returns and exchanges. Please contact us using our contact details.
- You must check the order immediately upon delivery. If the delivered goods do not correspond with what you ordered, you must inform us of this within 3 working days. If it is demonstrated that the delivered goods do not correspond with what you ordered, we will replace the order with the items you ordered upon return. You return the incorrect items to roldeurshop, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the delivery costs of the incorrect package that you return to us. You have the right, in accordance with the Dutch law "Distance Selling", to return the order within 7 days without giving any reason if it does not meet your expectations. The costs of returning are at your expense in this case. Items must be undamaged and unused and in their original packaging and any protective film. Delivery costs are at your expense.
